Currently, it’s the most cost effective way to get the bottles to our customers. We understand that 12 bottles can be a lot but feel free to share with friends, family and for all those sports get togthers we know you have. Plus,it goes quicker than you think!
My bottles arrived at room temperature are they still good?
Yes, we package the bottles accordingly and they leave the plant cooler than needed. The bottles can stay at room temperature or slightly warm for short periods of time without spoiling. Please be sure to refrigerate your bottles of Rootie’s after receiving them.
What is the shelf life?
The minimum a bottle will have is 60 days and a maximum of 180 days. On average, you will be revcieve a bottle that has ashelf life of 140-160 days.
Why can I only purchase 2 cases at a time?
We would like to make sure we never run low of our product. If you would like to order several cases, please contact help@rooties.com
How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling is FREE. There are no additional fees.
Do you ship outside the US?
Please contact us at help@rooties.com if you are interested in shipping to Canada. We currently do not ship outside of North America.
How long will it take to get Rootie’s?
Our standard shipment is 2 day to make sure the product can get you and be refrigerated as quickly as possible.
